The Rundown

Anzalone emerged as CBA XC's senior leader down the stretch of the 2016 season. He was the Colts' top finisher- and fourth overall- at the Non-Public A State Championship race, propelling CBA to their 27th Non-Public A title. At the Nike Northeast Regional, Anzalone finished second on the Colts to help lead them to an overall win and a trip to the Nike National Championship. Anzalone was named to the all-Northeast Region first team after the event. At the Nationals in Portland, Oregon, he finished second on the team as the Lincroft boys finished a solid seventh overall.
