The Colts start this year where they ended last year after winning the Shore Conference Tournament and winning Non-Public A while not allowing a goal the entire postseason. In fact, few teams limited goals as well as the Colts last year, who conceded just seven goals in 20 games, the best mark in the state. Miles Gallagher was an All Non-Public honoree for them last year in net and playing in front of him is All-State defender Lawrence Mancino, who added four goals and two assists from the backline and they serve as two key returners. Two of their top three scorers graduated, but Dylan Millevoi, who netted 11 goals and dished out three assists is back, as is Dimitry Corba (four goals, 10 assists) and Cameron D’Alterio (five goals, one assist). Replacing all that scoring from last year may be tough, and with Top-20 tilts against Howell and Delran in the season’s first 10 days, things don’t start easy for the Colts.
