The things I would do to be able to represent CBA on that golf course one more time are unexplainable.
I would have never thought I would want to go back to school so badly. As my senior year nears the end, I have been lucky to be a part of three Shore Conference Championships, three state sectional championships, and three Tournament of Champions titles. We have been undefeated since my freshman year, which is nothing short of remarkable.
The friendships created on and off the golf course at CBA have made me into the player and student I am today. But as this unfortunate nationwide crisis continues, all everyone can do is hope we go through those Academy doors one more time.
CBA has showed me something that other schools do not offer. Everyone goes to high school for education and to get into college, but CBA has given me much more than just that. I walked through those front doors as a boy on my first day freshman year, but I will be walking out as a man, ready to continue my journey. CBA didn’t just show me how to work hard, but also how to be a man, maybe the most important thing a school can offer.
Regardless of how this school year ends, CBA coming out as a TOC champion will still be the story for the golf team this year. ROLL COLTS!
