The CBA crew team ended its fall slate of races on a high note earlier this month.

On Saturday, November 7, the team raced in the Philadelphia Frostbite Regatta at Mercer County Park in Windsor, N.J. The Colts entered eight races on the day, winning three of them. The varsity 4+ won with both their A and B boats, while the JV team won in the 8+ division.

The next day, the Colts competed in the 42nd annual Bill Braxton Memorial Regatta, also held on Mercer Lake. The A boat of the varsity 4+ team won the gold medal and the Rafferty Cup by posting the fastest qualifying time of the 33 schools entered in the event. They then won the final race of the day against the top-six qualifiers. Meanwhile, the JV 8+ boat won the gold in that division.

CBA crew will head back out on the water come March for their spring season.
