On the heels of another Monmouth County Championship last week, the Christian Brothers Academy outdoor track & field team won their seventh straight Shore Conference title on Saturday at Neptune High School.

As been the trend this year, the Colts were paced by senior Tim Jacoutot, who won three events on the day. The Monmouth University bound runner won the 400 meter hurdles, the 110 meter hurdles and was part of the winning 4x100 meter relay. Jacoutot was joined by Brendan Bodisch, Andrew Canale and Nick Ebert on the 4x100 relay team.

Bodisch added two second place finishes, in the 400 meter dash and the long jump. Canale finished just behind Bodisch in the 400 meter dash to take third place.

Noah Yuro grabbed a third place finish in the 1600 meter dash, while JP Stark took third in the 3200 meter run.

Also on the field side of things, Dan Mead took fourth in both the discus throw and shot put finals. Ebert finished fifth in the pole vault finals.

CBA will now look forward to next Friday's sectional championship to advance to the following week's state championship.
