Tom Mulligan
Since being promoted to head coach before the 2016 season, Coach Mulligan has led the Colts to three Shore Conference titles (2016, 2021, 2022), six NJSIAA Sectional Titles (2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022) and Non-Public A State Championships (2016, 2018, 2022).
His CBA teams have been ranked in the top-three of NJ.com's end-of-season poll in 2016 (#1), 2018 (#3), 2021 (#2) and 2022 (#1). After seven years, his varsity record stands at 128-15-5. CBA was ranked as the number 12 team in the country in 2016 and 2022 by United Soccer.
Mulligan was named the 2022 Shore Sports Network Coach of the Year, 2022 State Coaches Association of New Jersey Coach of the Year, and in the 2022 Boys Fall East Private/Parochial-School classification, he was the High School Coach of the Year by the United Soccer.
Prior to becoming the head coach, Mulligan was an assistant coach from 1992 through 2016, developing players at the junior varsity level and serving as a mentor for the varsity athletes. A 1983 CBA graduate, he was the soccer team captain during his senior season with the Colts. Mulligan has taught in the CBA science department since 1991.
